Mollymook Golf Club

Our team was engaged for the major refurbishments at Mollymook Golf Club - a prestigious beachside clubhouse for golfers and the many holidaymakers visiting the region. The project encompassed a comprehensive upgrade of the club to adhere to the latest national construction code standards. This involved a full replacement of the existing Kliplock roof and upgrading and installing new mechanical systems. Along with these works, the club has undergone extensive refurbishment externally including a building extension to increase the clubs indoor and outdoor gaming areas. The club had to stay operational during the construction to accommodate the needs of existing patrons, golf club members and weddings scheduled throughout November and December. We meticulously planned the construction process, using carefully arranged hoardings to isolate work areas while keeping the rest of the club accessible. This ensured a seamless continuation of services and activities, maintaining a sense of business as usual.
