Our Community

At Trinity, we are conscious of our responsibility to the wider community.

Our commitment to community is embedded in everything we do, from supporting industry programs, to partnering with charities and local initiatives that address real social needs.

We believe that by providing this support we are contributing to building stronger communities, a commitment we take very seriously.

SPG International Women’s Day

Trinity proudly hosts and funds the annual Southern Property Group (SPG) International Women’s Day Luncheon, driving meaningful progress for women in construction. In 2025, the event returned for its second consecutive year as a complete sell-out, hosted in collaboration with REILLYS. The luncheon brought together 170 construction professionals for an afternoon of connection, conversation and collective action - marking a powerful step forward in the industry’s journey toward gender equity. Catch the highlights from the day in our recap video.

Haven House Sylvania

We are honoured to be part of the Haven House project – an impactful initiative by the Property Industry Foundation and Caretakers Cottage Inc. focused on creating safe and supportive spaces for homeless youth.

Over 16 weeks, our team refurbished the top floor of a three-storey building in Sylvania, expanding it from five to eight bedrooms. This upgrade will provide 3,000 safe nights of sleep each year for young people in need. We were honoured to deliver this work at our own cost, contributing our time and delivery resources to support a cause we deeply believe in.

Young Professionals Program

Supporting the next generation of construction professionals is a key focus for us, which is why we take part in the Young Professionals Program - an industry-led initiative that provides cross-disciplinary graduates with valuable exposure to the built environment through site visits, workshops, mentorship and networking opportunities.

Each year, Trinity nominates both mentors and young professionals, typically team members under 25, to take part in the program, fostering knowledge-sharing, career development and stronger connections across our industry.

Hard Hat Day

The Property Industry Foundation believes every young Australian deserves a safe and secure place to call home.

In support of their mission, we hosted a Hard Hat Day at our Edmund Rice College site in West Wollongong, bringing together over 50 people from our site team, head office, subcontractors and suppliers. We set out to raise $5k, but thanks to the incredible generosity of everyone involved, we raised $12.5k. In solidarity with everyone who donated, Trinity matched the full value of all donations bringing our total fundraising amount to $25k.

Tour de PIF

Trinity is proud to take part in the Tour de PIF, joining the Property Industry Foundation’s annual charity event that unites the industry to ride, run and walk in support of homeless youth. Each year, our team of riders, runners and walkers step up to raise vital funds and awareness, helping the Foundation provide safe and secure accommodation for vulnerable young Australians.

Our success is achieved by assisting others to succeed
