Evans and Partners secured a lease in the prestigious 5 Martin Place building and engaged our team to complete a high-end fitout to complement the newly refurbished building. The new office facility included a front of house reception, client lounge room, boardroom and meeting rooms and workspaces. Our scope of works also covered the installation and commissioning of all building services and an extensive A/V package so that the business could maintain subtle connectivity. Our pre-construction involvement ensured the highend specifications and finishes were identified early and that potential risks were mitigated to deliver a quality result. Effective communication between the building’s management, base building contractors and our project team was essential throughout the project due to ongoing base building works at the tenancy. Close collaboration with all stakeholders led to an exceptional result for Mountlaur.
