Carriageworks Café

Our team were engaged by Carriageworks to transform the heritage-listed, former railway carriage manufacturing factory into an open-plan cafe. With the precinct converted to host major venues, along with housing resident performance companies, the project required careful planning and coordination to ensure the safe movement of deliveries and trade vehicles. Trinity provided fitout including a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen, cool room, a service bar and seating area for 50 patrons. The works included DDA compliant upgrades to provide access to all members of the public. The project involved working meticulously to mitigate risk to the heritage features of the building, along with working at significant heights for the installation of services
