Cook + Phillip Park Pool

Our team undertook a comprehensive refurbishment project for a key community asset owned by the City of Sydney - Cook + Phillip Park Pool. The facility, subject to relentless humidity, required urgent attention to address corrosion affecting stainless and galvanized steel elements. Our team strategically managed the project in stages to ensure minimal disruption to the centre's daily operations, which run from 4:30am to 10:30pm. The scope of work included remedial concrete repairs, upgrades to mechanical services, refurbishment of the reception/entry foyer and all ten change rooms within the facility. Additionally, temporary accessibility installations were implemented to maintain user accessibility throughout the project. Effective stakeholder coordination and meticulous staging were essential components of our approach. Our swift response to unforeseen challenges ensured the timely completion of the project while minimising disruption to the bustling centre.
