Our team is proud to have partnered with Keyton on the Stage One works for The Baytree by Ardency, a premier retirement village nestled within 1.4 hectares of beautifully landscaped gardens. Boasting breathtaking views and a seamless blend of independence and luxury, The Baytree offers residents access to a range of resort-style amenities, including a heated indoor pool, a well-stocked library, a bowling green and à la carte dining - all designed to support an active and fulfilling lifestyle. As part of our scope, we completed a comprehensive refurbishment of the village’s commercial kitchen, dining and café areas, bar, lounge, and external terrace - modernising and enhancing each space to reflect the community’s high standards and vibrant atmosphere. The completed works enhance both functionality and comfort, ensuring that residents continue to enjoy the exceptional lifestyle that has become the hallmark of The Baytree by Ardency.
